I am sure this registrar will not go out of business,

prices are low; it is not necessary to buy added features or to host with GoDaddy-You will enter our DNS entries in your account and be up and running in 2 hours or less. If you are already being hosted you will back up all you files first and will FTP those files after your account is created on our servers. (We can do this for you)

DOWNSIDE--DO NOT allow your name to expire, it will be auctioned off to the highest bidder and 5 years after it was transferred to a new registrar and allowed to expire for three months; it was renewed by the same company who stole all the traffic to it; and still found it useful. We can register your name for you at your request.
